What you'll be able to do:

  • Support a operation in multiple locations in multiple US cities and Latam
  • Provide technical support (I.T. Applications, Infrastructure, operating systems, enduserproductivity tools) to business customers throughout the facilities.
  • Interface with Business IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.
  • Support Business Managed Systems / DevOps in resolving incidents; Support escalations, provide hands and feet to support teams and other global teams (e. g. DBA, Server Operations, Ops Control, Network Operations) if necessary
  • Assist team lead with managing assignments and workload.
  • Develop, maintain, and share, accurate support documentation

The minimum requirements we seek:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • A strong desire to learn Enterprise Technology operations and business practices is desired.
  • Broad business perspective is helpful. Understanding of computerbased tools, computing infrastructure and interest in processes that support Product Design & engineering is core.
  • A willingness to work in a highpressure environment and flexible working shift is a foundation in this space
  • Experience with Office automation, Windows, PC's & Printers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, English.
  • Knowledge on using Rally or Jira tools for Project Tracking is preferred.
  • Familiar with causeeffect diagnostics methodologies like FMEA, Ishikawa, etc (6Sixma in gral)
  • Ability to multitask; managing multiple tasks
  • Work efficiently and effectively with diverse, cross functional teams under stressful circumstances
  • Experience identifying, investigating & solving problems without supervision
  • Experience with Server administration; Windows or Linux
  • Familiar with Cisco routers and switches to include basic troubleshooting and cable installation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users and IT professionals including globally distributed teams.
  • The ability to adjust communications appropriately for the audience, work with all levels of management and diverse work groups
  • Motivated and selfstarter

  • Experience with Windows 10, MacOs, Ubuntu (is a plus)
  • 24 years of experience working with customers is preferred.

Desired & Plus:

  • Able to create PowerApps
  • Power Automate
  • Sharepoint Sites for process automations
  • Qlik Sense and Alteryx proficiency is a plus. Any related BI Tool knowledge required if not Qlik Sense
  • Knowledge of Windows server and Windows Active Directory (Basic-Entry Level)
  • Maintain Services running
  • Revise KPI with Vendors
  • Manage Vendors and procure ongoing services
  • Support Projects deliverables
