Purpose Statement


Work to develop and execute the marketing plan as well as projects and administrative activities that carry these projects such as delivering processes, systems, and tools that support and enable efficient and effective creation and delivery, ensuring Quality System compliance within the Marketing function, facilitating strategic planning and increasing accountability.


What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 23 years of marketing relevant experience after trainee
  • Knowledge of pricing structure, forecast management, and marketing plan development.
  • Development and followup of strategic projects for the different B2B, B2C and B2G channels.
  • Experience in followup, development, and implement digital strategies, with different platforms, (google, ads, social media, mailing)
  • Coordination and leadership of projects with external and internal suppliers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • English fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

Project management — Plan, organize, and manage internal and external resources to meet project goals and objectives while honoring project constraints.

Education/training — Identify the need for, develop, and deliver training, as needed, to help others most effectively use and comply with marketing operational processes, systems, and tools.

Digital marketing:

- **Follow up on the business unit's digital campaigns to obtain leads.

Systems administration — Evaluate and modify, as appropriate, marketing operations systems or tools for continuous improvement.

Process ownership — Create, maintain, interpret, and recommend modifications and improvements to policies and procedures impacting Marketing.

Metrics — Track, analyze, and interpret metrics on operations initiatives, such as LAR performance, for continuous improvement

Audits — Prepare for and lead PSST/LAR compliance audits for Marketing related to the development and distribution of PSST material.
