Reporting to the Chief of Staff, coordinates and follow up the readiness activities executive forums and strategies.

Serves as a trusted collaborator to the Chief of Staff and representant in delegated projects and initiatives designed to achieve the priorities and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Ensures matters requiring the attention of executive leaders are thoroughly developed, researched, and evaluated; responds to routine inquiries and deputizes for the Chief of Staff, where appropriate and when necessary.


Researches, writes, edits and/or coordinates preparation of special reports, briefings, and presentations; conceives, crafts, and edits messages, letters, and other communications on behalf the Chief of Staff.


Supports in coordination and/or oversees the scheduling of strategic events, meetings, and other requests to balance and address key institutional objectives.

Supports and sustains a culture of service, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Assists administration in various analyses, projections and reports based on projected strategy.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Education/Certifications:


Bachelor's degree preferred in business / administrative areas; at least +2 years of experience directly related to the follow up of duties and responsibilities specified.


Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.


Previous Work Experience:


  • 2 years of experience professional experience, Customer Service Operations or Shared Services Operations.
Prior experience in bilanguage environment in multinational corporations

Strong interpersonal, organizational adaptability to meet changing demands.

Ability to identify, analyze and address a wide variety of issues and problems in a high-intensity environment.

Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.

Superior research, writing, and oral communication.

Ability to create, compose, and edit correspondence and other written materials.


Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and work effectively with administrators, leaderships, and members of the community around the company.

Proficient - Microsoft Office Package

Project Management & collaborative tools i.e. (Microsoft Teams, Project, Monday, Others)
