Responsibilities:


What will you be doing?


This Network Infrastructure Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of investment funded, network infrastructure in support of PepsiCo's Global IT Infrastructure Transformation and currency programs.


This includes managing successful outcomes of engagements for infrastructure services delivery with PepsiCo's strategic partners and suppliers, coordination and prioritization of demand with business relationship managers with the goal of modernizing and refreshing PepsiCo's network infrastructure across North America in partnership with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Operations teams.


This Network Infrastructure Delivery manager will be accountable for delivering $15MM+ in sector and IT investment funded Network Infrastructure programs across North America.

This role will be responsible for, but will not be limited to, the delivery of continuous multi-year, multi-million-dollar network asset currency projects as well as requests for PepsiCo network extensions into new facilities and firewall deployments.

This role will be accountable to forecast and deliver IT investment programs against estimates and financial plans. This Network Infrastructure Delivery manager will manage multiple service provider engagements with 10+ contractors.


Additional accountabilities to include analyzing project requests, estimating work efforts, forecasting, delivering solutions against estimates, managing project risk, and delivering solutions that are aligned with PepsiCo standards.


Accountable to manage and deliver multi-year investment programs that span a minimum of 3 years, including new field site startups, Site Isolation Firewall deployments, and Network LAN Remediation for Quaker, Gatorade, and Tropicana field locations.

Accountable to estimations, execution, making decisions, and delivering within financial plans.

  • Project budget management; Assist with estimating, planning and forecasting. Accountable for being informed and making leadershipaligned decisions related to assigned projects.
  • Ensure all network solutions deployed are consistent with IT Architecture and Engineering standards. Accountable for execution.
  • Work as a liaison between architects/engineers and business relationship managers to articulate and translate business requirements and corresponding technology solutions and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Partner with business relationship managers and PepsiCo's strategic suppliers to develop project proposals, estimates and cost/benefit analysis for projects.
  • Implement standard and improved processes and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure delivery based on ITIL methodology. Accountable for execution.
  • Drive service improvement plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Accountable for execution.
  • Partner with PepsiCo's procurement teams to author RFPs or SOW's and drive vendor selections for network delivery. Assist with the onboarding of, and the maturity of vendor service agreements and scope of work documents. Accountable for execution. Accountable for providing consultation and recommendations.
  • Communicate portfolio updates and status via regular performance scorecards with program/project sponsors and stakeholders. Accountable for execution.
  • Accountable to develop assigned project KPI dashboards; Track and report on overall health of projects including risks and issues.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes where applicable.
  • Partner with the Asset Management team in procuring hardware and asset tracking.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • 810 years of technology and IT experience, with minimum of 7+ years in IT Infrastructure services in delivery and/or architecture and engineering and/or Operations domains.
  • 8+ years managing network technology deployments.
  • 8+ years' experience in key network areas include WAN, LAN, and Wireless LAN services including design, deployment, and operational support.
