We are looking for a talented IT Administrator to join our team in Guadalajara, helping to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure as we scale our operations and innovations.

    Qualifications we are looking for:

    • 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator, with a strong background in managing complex IT systems.
    • Expertise in systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
    • Familiarity with database management, networks and patch management.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of system security, data backup, and recovery protocols.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

    Job duties

    • Manage computer inventory to support our growing team and technological capabilities.
    • Create, manage, and maintain user email accounts, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
    • Oversee and manage all installed systems and infrastructure within the organization.
    • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
    • Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
