Key Responsibilities
Execute manufacturing tasks of assigned products and lead the necessary response to technical issues that are affecting the FAIRs of hardware in the Operations Centers

Execute corrective actions and first article inspection process

Execute manufacturing non-conforming products reduction, prevention, and disposition

Execute production scrap reduction and prevention

Support productivity, producibility and process capability improvement projects

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering

English communication skills both written and verbal (80%)
Experienced in aerospace products and manufacturing processes (0-1 years)

Availability to travel (USA, Latin America)

Greenbelt/DFSS certified

Ability to work independently

Willingness to learn new technologies

Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work

Project management skills

Good knowledge of mechanical industry

Cause identification/FMEA experience

Working knowledge of SAP/HOS

Passion for engineering, technology, aerospace
