Job Description:

Responsible for CHEP Service centers operations; safety, performance, cost and improvements.


Key accountabilities:

  • Manages Safety, Daily Operations, Customer Service, Control, Quality, Costs in plant network
  • Directs the improvement and saving strategies for Plants
  • Improves tools, processes and operating procedures
  • Performance and plant cost
  • Implements global projects
  • Direct the strategy for plants audit and control.
  • Performs plant network optimization analysis.
  • Budget and forecast preparation. Accountable for plant cost performance
  • Distribution & Flow analysis for Service centers network

KPIs:

  • Plant Cost per return
  • Plants stock level
  • Cgen volume
  • Cost of conditioning
  • Cost of inspection
  • Damage Ratio
  • Cost out projects
  • OTDIF
  • Scrap Ratio

Authority:

  • Responsible for plants management
  • Responsible for a team of plant representatives
  • Responsible for plant locations.
  • Material flow though out service centers.
Preferred Education

Bachelors - Industrial Engineering, Masters - Business Administration/Management

Preferred Level of Work Experience

  • 7 years
