This position will focus on ensuring Ford Pro customers have a positive experience with our charging solutions. Testing will be performed in Ford's state of the art vehicle electrification facility. We'll focus on ensuring reliable operation of our EV's charger with multi-make EV's and our own cloud-based monitoring solution.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated

Preferred Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience with AC or DC EVSE's, power electronics and/or associated products
  • Previous automotive OEM experience Masters Degree

  • Project management support to our AC and DC product management, sales and customer support team members.
  • Support/update project schedules and task list updates.
  • Direct engagement with existing/target suppliers related to product development, continuous improvement, and product validation testing.
  • Ensure dealer focused charging and accessory product launch readiness.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop information sources and KPI's associated with dealer charger customer satisfaction.

Customer Quality:
Monitor customer experience and supplier quality activity related to dealer charging hardware. Work cross functionally to ensure timely resolution of detected problems. Develop and evaluate product quality KPI's vs. industry benchmarks.

  • Warranty: Monitor dealer product warranty activity. Evaluate activity KPI's vs. internal and industry benchmarks.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure that product technical publications are updated and align with internal/customer requirements.
  • Work cross functionally with business and operations to cascade product new feature, continuous improvement changes and quality improvements.
