Hotels Reservation Supervisor
Position Summary

Essential Functions

  • Supervises the day to day operations of the Hotel/Sales reservation team.
  • Hosts weekly meetings with team members to address performance.
  • Provides new ideas and techniques to encourage sales opportunities.
  • Has complete knowledge and trains on the operating systems including booking Engines, Credit Card Processing, Live Person (chat) and other systems.
  • Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet the operational requirements. (Planning and Forecasting)
  • Recognizes and recommends operational and procedural improvements.
  • Monitor performance of staff according to the established QA guidelines.
  • Assist in making hiring decisions and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Serves as the first line Supervisor and must be accessible to assist Agents to effectively handle calls.
  • Strives towards monthly revenue goals as set by Management.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating and seeking educational and training opportunities.
  • Participates in company meetings.
  • Demonstrates work schedule flexibility, is punctual and has a high sense of operational ownership.
  • Assists with special projects when needed.

Work Environment

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually high. Travel may be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.

Pay Information

  • Reservation Agent (Spanish & English) $34,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking skills, promotor of company culture
  • Ability to work under pressure (Strong Sales oriented/High Customer Service)
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in sales and/or hotel reservations
  • 23 Years Supervisory/management experience.
Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bilingual (High Level of English & Spanish)
  • Sales focused
  • Customer Focus
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Able to Build Relationships
