Responsibilities

Complete billing and collections processes according to project schedules.
Keep financial information updated for contracts and agreements with subscribers.
Request, receive, and process purchase orders from customers.
Lead internal and external virtual meetings with our subscribers to ensure that POs and Invoices are processed correctly.
Provide support to our Subscriber Services team on any financialrelated activities.
Create and update reports for Accounts Receivable metrics such as delinquency and cash collection targets.
Review contracts to verify that the subscriber's information is correct and updated.
Gather information for accounting procedures.
Tracking globalwide expenses/transactions.

Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

Qualifications & Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Collections or Account Receivables
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong time management, organization, and project skills
High attention to detail
Proficient computer skills (oriented with MS Excel)
Teamwork oriented
Able to work under pressure
Capable of taking the initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients
Able to meet deadlines
Timely followup to requested reports/information
Capable of following instructions and adhering to existing essential processes
