Responsibilities

  • Complete billing and collections processes according to project schedules.
  • Keep financial information updated for contracts and agreements with subscribers.
  • Request, receive, and process purchase orders from customers.
  • Lead internal and external virtual meetings with our subscribers to ensure that POs and Invoices are processed correctly.
  • Provide support to our Subscriber Services team on any financialrelated activities.
  • Create and update reports for Accounts Receivable metrics such as delinquency and cash collection targets.
  • Review contracts to verify that the subscriber's information is correct and updated.
  • Gather information for accounting procedures.
  • Tracking globalwide expenses/transactions.

Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Collections or Account Receivables
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and project skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills (oriented with MS Excel)
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Capable of taking the initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Timely followup to requested reports/information
  • Capable of following instructions and adhering to existing essential processes
