    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive impactful projects with strategic deployment, change management, and goals definition for Latin America Supply Chain operations.
    • Lead complex long-term projects across functions, managing resources, budget, and timing to meet annual objectives.
    • Develop, deploy, and improve processes to enhance business capabilities, achieving desired performance levels.
    • Manage project portfolios to align strategic priorities with annual initiatives.
    • Cultivate a growth mindset, incorporating internal and external best practices to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
    • Contribute to the Global Optimization Team by identifying improvement opportunities and reporting risks to the Leadership Team.
    • Oversee savings portfolios from all functions, coordinating meetings, establishing execution plans, and risk reports.
    • Promote excellence and innovation by exploring forums to share best practices between countries and external consultants, standardizing and developing a continuous improvement culture.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
    • Demonstrated skills in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, or similar methodologies.
    • Analytical and Quantitative skills.
    • Business Acumen or experience in Supply Chain functions.
    • Understanding of PMO skills.
    • Able to simplify strategy into actionable plans with a strong focus on execution.
    • Effective decision-making and ability to create focus.
    • Self-motivated with leadership skills to achieve results.
    • Strong oral, writing, and presentation skills.
    • Experience using statistical and Business Intelligence software tools like Tableau, Minitab, JMP, Power BI, and others.

    Preferred Skills:

    • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations: Planning, Customer Service, Warehouses, Transportation, or Foreign Trade.
    • 3-5 years of experience managing projects or initiatives for continuous improvement and/or optimization of Supply Chain processes.
    • SAP, Nodum, and/or experience in other ERPs.
    • Finance, Statistical, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration background.
    • Master's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
    • Prior Lean Six Sigma experience implementing Lean thinking in business processes.
    • Experience conducting Kaizen events, deploying toolsets like VSM, Standard Work, VOC, QFD.
    • Succesfully led 2 or more continuous improvement projects resulting in meaningful process improvements or savings.
    • Able to build and promote organizational change management initiatives.
    • Able to manage small to mid-size project teams, including hosting workshops and Kaizen events.
    • Certification as Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, or similar.
    • Able to build and maintain solutions throughout Microsoft Power Platform.
    • Able to explore Artificial Intelligence for workspace innovation.
