Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Distribution Specialist located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Training Manger, the Operations Training Specialist is responsible for educating, assisting, and training employees in their job responsibilities.

What a typical day looks like:

Responsible for supervising, managing, and following up on certification activities, recertifications, trainings, courses concerning the development of both direct and indirect personnel.
Responsible for ensuring that all operators receive the necessary training and certification for the process in a timely manner.
Maintain updated training records for all personnel.
Responsible for the coordination of line trainers.
Perform internal and external audits.
Support in the coordination and assistance of projects for key HR campaigns (Audits, surveys, notices, etc.).
Direct contact with the client

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards.
Experience in personnel management.
Experience in electronic manufacturing
Knowledge in quality related platforms
Knowledge in EWEE platform
Knowledge in ERP'S such as WD, SIE, KRONOS would be a plus.
Intermediate Excel
Basic English
