Currently we are looking for our next:

Sales GTM Asoc Analyst

Which is the main objective of this role?
The retail landscape is changing at a rapid pace. The boundaries between online and offline have never been more intertwined. The web now influences around 35% of all retail sales. This role will be involved in planning & ensures the execution of eCommerce strategy within budget and AOP plans.

This position will be critical to support KAM ́s in terms of investment, sales and overall performance for eCommerce accounts (+25 accounts).

The role will be also responsible for build the monthly eCommerce dashboard for performance. Reports and visibility to L11+ associates and LATAM team members.


What will you be doing?

  • Build eCommerce targets for the next years (PSP) and annual sales target (AOP) by PMF-BUAccount and investment required to achieve targets.
  • Budget control & eCommerce strategy execution
  • Gather, structure, analyze ecommerce external data from customers and internal data to provide insights for decision making & optimize investments.
  • Data mining to identify key opportunities online, accelerate growth & maintain leadership across BU's.
  • Prepare and communicate ecommerce results and provide insights visibility to different stakeholders across sector, region and customers for all accounts and business.
  • Monthly sales forecasting & budget control for all business units & accounts to deliver plan and increase profitability.
  • Prepare analysis on demand to identify shopper behaviors and campaigns performance to elevate conversion.
  • Catalogue homologation to prepare sales reports
  • Content enhancements and reporting across accounts
  • PnL track

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI & Tableau (Business analysis tools): Advanced
  • Communication skills & executive presentation.
  • Data analysis and problemsolving skills
  • P&L understanding: Medium level
  • Understand internal and external data within digital concepts & path to purchase process: 12 years.
  • Data performance marketing knowledge: 1 year.
  • Scrum or agile methodologies (intermediate)
