We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an
English and Spanish Customer Support Representative.
This role will involve providing exceptional support to our English and French-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support to customers.
Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications:Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends if required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
