• Deliver lesson plans in a way that engages students and gets them excited aboutlearning.
• Set clear goals for English language and knowledge acquisition, and continuouslyassess academic progress.
• Inform the school leader and the Board of Directors of learning progress
• Merge into the school culture, and actively participate in the school's continuoustraining program.

• 100% Fluency in English is a must. Preferred bachelor's degree in Education, English, or other areas of studycompatible with Teaching. At least 12 years of teaching experience and a track record of mentoring kids. Ability to learn new skills and teaching methods. Possess highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills. Excellent verbal and written English skills. Organized, capable, flexible and able to multitask.

• Monthly salary (gross) of $18,00 mexican pesos for fulltime positions along withbenefit package.
• Living accommodations may be arranged, cost to be assumed by the individual.
• Transportation Guadalajara-La Laja may also be arranged.
