We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individualwith a solid background in business process optimization and IT solutions deploymentto join our team as a Supply Chain IT Solutions Deployment Specialist.

In thisrole, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integratedIT solutions for our supply chain operations and Mexico trade complianceoperations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:
Conduct comprehensiveanalysis of existing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvementand optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understandbusiness requirements and translate them into IT solutions.

IT Solutions Deployment:
Lead the deployment of ITsolutions tailored to enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility within thesupply chain. Coordinate with IT vendors and internal stakeholders to ensuresuccessful implementation within established timelines and budgets.

System Integration:
Oversee the integration of new ITsystems with existing infrastructure and applications. Understand the existingapplication(s) processes.

Develop and execute integration plans, conducttesting, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless connectivity and dataflow across the supply chain network.

Change Management:
Facilitate change managementprocesses to minimize disruptions and maximize user adoption of new ITsolutions. Provide training and support to end-users, create documentation, andcommunicate effectively to promote understanding and acceptance of changes.

Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to optimize supply chain processes and IT systems performance.
Proactively identify opportunities for automation, standardization, andstreamlining of workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Risk Management:
Assess risks associated with ITsolutions deployment and develop mitigation strategies to address potentialissues. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and takecorrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with keystakeholders across departments, including supply chain management, IT,logistics, and procurement, to align IT initiatives with business objectivesand priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master'sdegree preferred.
• 510 years of experience in business processoptimization, IT solutions deployment, and project management, preferablywithin the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyzecomplex business processes and translate requirements into actionable ITsolutions.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies andtools, with a track record of successfully managing IT deployment projects frominitiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams andinfluence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Spanishlanguage skills along with English language is preferred.
• Solid understanding of supply chain managementprinciples, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, anddistribution. Trade Compliance analyst should have Mexico Maquiladora processunderstanding.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain managementsoftware, and data analytics tools is highly desirable.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), supplychain management (e.g., APICS), or IT (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
