This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.
What You'll Do:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars of the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while optimizing an efficient time management system.
- Meeting and
Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling the logistics for board meetings, investor relations, internal meetings, and special events, such as user conferences.
- Document Preparation and Management: Draft letters, reports, presentations, and financial statements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents.
- Project Management: Assist in project management by coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring deadlines are met and projects align with company goals.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Potentially assist in the management of the CEO's personal commitments to optimize the CEO's focus on company objectives.
What You Need:
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a tech startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Admin, Management, or related field is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced, evolving startup environment.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and startup ecosystem. (A plus)
- Experience in managing internal and external communications.
- Technical skills or interest in learning companyspecific software and tools.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary.
- This is a fulltime (40 hours per week), longterm position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/ 2 hour accepted)
- PST.
