This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.


What You'll Do:


  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars of the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while optimizing an efficient time management system.
  • Meeting and

Event Coordination:

Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling the logistics for board meetings, investor relations, internal meetings, and special events, such as user conferences.


  • Document Preparation and Management: Draft letters, reports, presentations, and financial statements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management by coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring deadlines are met and projects align with company goals.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Potentially assist in the management of the CEO's personal commitments to optimize the CEO's focus on company objectives.

What You Need:


  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a tech startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Admin, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced, evolving startup environment.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry and startup ecosystem. (A plus)
  • Experience in managing internal and external communications.
  • Technical skills or interest in learning companyspecific software and tools.

Salary & Benefits:


  • Competitive salary.
  • This is a fulltime (40 hours per week), longterm position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/ 2 hour accepted)
  • PST.
