    In TESTING IT We are a leading software testing company, providing services in Mexico and Nearshore to the USA; we invite you to join us as API Developer*Responsibilities
    :
    • Assist clients in understanding API functionality, usage, and best practices for integration.
    • Collaborate with cross
    • functional teams including product development, engineering, and customer success to address API
    • related issues and enhance overall product functionality.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and other resources to assist clients in effectively utilizing our APIs.
    • Analyze API usage patterns and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in API development and support.
    Requirements
    :


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. years of experience in API development, integration, or support roles.
    • Proficiency in C# is key, any other programming language (such as Java, Python, or JavaScript) is bonus.
    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and API security standards.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of delivering highquality technical support and driving customer satisfaction.
