Requirements:


  • Systems engineering, computer science or related careers.
  • Fluent English to write, listen and speak.
  • Part time availability.

Responsibilities:


  • Attend, diagnose, document, and resolve support cases that are within the Scripting universe of Service Desk.
  • Register, document and / or scale to the next level of support.
  • Handle incoming cases through the whole of the case lifecycle.
