Job Description:


As a Contract Support Specialist you will:

  • Directly support annual bookings of more than US$51M through efficient quote to PO operational workflows
  • Execute processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines.
  • Normally follows foundational procedures using tools on lessroutine work, requires instructions only on new assignments
  • Coordinate order processing issuetoresolution processes to quickly address customer escalations and increase customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to Root cause analysis for any deviation highlighted by the regional stakeholders, required documentation of the said deviations and responding to audit processes as & when required.
  • Where applicable, ensure the quality and efficiency of GEC services
  • Maintain global and regional standards and processes
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.
Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years' service operations or customer service role in automation industry
Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience & Knowledge of SAP CRM
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Detailoriented
