Responsabilities:
Project Coordination :
Manage the end-to-end process of introducing new products, coordinating activities between various departments like R&D, production, procurenment and quality assurance
Prototype Oversight :
Oversee the creation and testing of prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with teams across the organization, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to facilitate a smooth transition from development to production
Timeline Managemen t:
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met for a timely product launch.
Risk Identification and Mitigation :
Identify potential risks during the introduction process and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption
Feasibility Assessment :
Evaluate the feasibility of new product introductions, considering technical, logistical, and resource-related aspects
Cost Analysis :
Monitor and analyze costs associated with the introduction process, aiming to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the new product introduction, including technical specifications, testing results, and progress reports DFM devlopment .
Complete a Design For Manufactuing process/document for each product being trensfer in Responsible for BOM creation and up-load them in the company ERP system, SAP.
Assisting in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, participates and helps training production DL operators on the production processes. Maintains 5S order and cleanliness at all times in his/her own dedicated áreas. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and a foundational understanding of industrial engineering principles .Production area set up:
Performs, in coordination with the NPI team, all activites needed to set up the production line / process where the new product will be prodeuce, including the procurenment of equipment and tools needed.
Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor . Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy .Proficient on software tools use such us:
Excel, Power point, Word, MPS, Auto CAd, Alfa CAM
