    OTC –Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

    Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? An OTC Senior Consultant who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced OTC Senior Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico(ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

    ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro, Mexico. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value.     Work you'll do/Responsibilities

    As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

    Within Order to Cash (O2C), you will lead day-to-day service delivery for client billing, accounts receivable (AR) collections, and cash application processes, ensuring performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), controls compliance, and a high-quality client/customer experience. Building on the Senior Associate role's execution and process improvement remit, you will provide people leadership (work allocation, coaching, quality oversight) and drive stabilization and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    Required


    • years of consulting and/or industry experience


    • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry


    • Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams


    • Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions


    • Advanced English level


    • Experience in finance operations/BPO/shared services with a focus on Billing, AR/Collections, disputes and Cash Application


    • Prior experience leading day-to-day delivery (team lead/SME/acting lead) in an SLA-driven environment; demonstrated escalation and stakeholder management capability.


    • Strong working knowledge of ERP and AR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and analytical

    tools; intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.


    • Strong understanding of receivables/revenue cycle management and internal controls/best practices

    for AR operations.

    • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to convert performance data into clear actions and

    outcomes.


    • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable in client-facing discussions and difficult issue

    resolution.


    • Controls mindset and attention to detail; consistently maintains an auditable trail and documentation

    quality.


    • Structured problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset; able to lead change and sustain

    adoption in evolving environments.
