Master of High Frequency (Radio Frequency) welding/forming processes in the organization, being able to improve parameters of current products and processes based on KPI's.

Select HF equipment suppliers for future processes, based on customer specifications

Be able to handle embossment processes from the engineering perspective, being able to define and improve parameters of embossment presses based on customer specifications and manufacturing engineering perspective. Be able to select and modify equipment based on customer specification and process KPI's
Be able to select tooling supplier for current processes (embossment, HF welding) and future similar processes. Take the lead on developing local suppliers, being able to dictate suppliers of choice based on quality, delivery, and price
Improve technical skills of the members of the engineering departments at the plant level, in order to more effectively contribute to their plant's operational results
Maintain good communication among the plants for an effective procedures standardization and good practice initiatives sharing.
Ensure a flawless transition of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering responsibilities to the plant's launch team. Support plant run-at-rate and PSO events as required.
