Responsibilities:
HR Ops Assoc Analyst
Main Purpose
The main purpose of the role is to execute US HR Ops portfolio services (Inputs / Hires / Changes / Terminations) leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.
Accountabilities
- Execute US portfolio services (Variable Payments Review / Hires / Changes / Terminations):
o Capture incidence information in payroll system
o Ensure payroll meets operation controls.
o Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
- Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
