    Are you a highly skilled technical professional with excellent customer service skills and experience in providing expert-level support?
    We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering proactive support to key clients, building trusted relationships, and ensuring they maximize their value from our products.
    This role requires someone who is able to troubleshoot complex issues, lead training sessions, and provide clear updates during technical incidents. As part of the implementation & knowledge management function within the organization,
    You will be involved in managing deployment and configuration of Wallarm solutions across diverse customer environments.
    The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of expertise in Customer Support positions; knowledge or practical skills in installing/configuring Linux operating systems CentOS/Ubuntu at an advanced user level; ability to configure network settings/Linux OS routing;

    Below are the detailed job requirements:
