*We are a Solar company looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help with the logistics that involve a solar installation from the beginning until the end.Work efficiently independently while also coordinating closely with team members
Be engaged, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities:
*Review and follow up incoming data with site technicians on missed information, clarify uncertainties
*Work with the design team and communicate relevant information.
*Follow up with customers and staff to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
*Organize relevant documentation and assist with developing/modifying workflows and processes.
*Work alongside the entire staff to provide efficient quality work.
Required Skills:
6 to 12 months Experience in similar position preferred
Preferred knowledge of GSuite (Gmail, Calendar, Maps, Google sheets, etc.)
Bilingual English 85% minimum
Solar Experience preferred
Intermediate PC skills
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask, adapt to change and develop new skills with a proactive mindset.
Able to work Monday to Saturday with availability between 8:00am to 7pm (Time range)

Pay:
$3, $4,200.00 per week
