Job summary:
This Position reports to: HR Business Partner Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on identifying training needs developing training programs and implementing strategies to enhance employee skills and performance within the organization Work across departments to ensure employees have the required skills and knowledge to perform their assigned tasks Develop strategies to enhance employees' skills performance productivity and quality of work We're looking for a Training Coordinator who enjoys being close to the operation and understands what really happens on the manufacturing floor This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in training strategy people development and hands-on experience working in manufacturing environments The work model for the role is:L-onsite This role is contributing to the Smart Power division in Monterrey Mexico Main stakeholders are Business Leaders and Human Resources You will be mainly accountable for Assess Training Needs Identify evaluate trainng needs of employees through surveys interviews & performance evaluations Ensure alignment with organizational goals Develop Training Programs Create tailored trainng plans materials that address specific skill gaps Enhance employee performance Implement Trainning Initiatives Deploy various trainning methods including workshops e-learning on-the-job trainging Effectively deliver content Monitor Evaluate Effectiveness Assess impact through feedback metrics ROI analysis Continuously improve Manage Trainning Budgets Oversee budget allocating resources materials external vendors technology platforms Collaborate Departments Work closely department heads ensure initiatives meet team's specific needs Stay Updated Trends Keep abreast latest trends technologies Incorporate innovative practices into programs Qualifications Role Bachelor degree from accredited university with years professional experience Strong focus trainng people developement Leadership or coordination roles managing teams program Proven experience manufactoring environements Background instructional design measurics strategic planning Experience change managment Knowledge systems hour reporting Possess enhanced knowledge Microsoft Office tools English conversational
