We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers at every touchpoint.

Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Empathy and a customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
  • Time Management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hubspot Knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences.
  • Issue Resolution or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer problems.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement changes based on customer insights.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products/services based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing processes and workflows to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to streamline customer support operations.

Additional information:


  • Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Zona de trabajo: Juan palomar y Naciones Unidas

A partir de $12,000.00 al mes
