    Role Overview:

    We're seeking a proactive individual with a keen interest in tackling challenges head-on and fostering collaborative relationships with our customers. As a Project Finance Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in generating innovative credit recommendations and ensuring seamless financial project management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide support to CPMs (Commercial Project Managers) across different countries on various projects.-Efficiently manage project registration and control in SAP.-Generate project invoices and maintain proper documentation standards.-Handle processes related to guarantees and project insurances.-Oversee customs expenses and conduct weekly maintenance of clearing accounts.-Assist CPMs with CCM (Commercial Contract Management) document control.-Monitor deferred incomes and update project costs monthly.-Update SAP Plan costs as necessary and activate project-related expenses.-Ensure clean project closing procedures and follow up on vendor invoices.-Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed and provide support during audits.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.-Proficient in English, both written and verbal.-Strong analytical abilities with a knack for problem-solving.-Background in Administrative Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.-Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.-Knowledge of risk analysis methods and financial statement interpretation.-Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and respond to external demands.-Effective troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying root causes. -Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and add value to business operations.-Thorough understanding and adherence to company policies and processes.-Demonstrated capacity to listen actively and interact effectively in various settings.-Commitment to achieving objectives and goals with responsibility.
