Are you passionate about employee engagement? Do you enjoy delivering HR strategies and embedding leadership skills? At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team based at our site in Mexicali.


As a Human Resource Business Partner, your role will be to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

As a HRBP you will implement and embed programs that cascade from the broader HR team that connect the business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work.


You will coach business leaders to look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.


On a day-to-day basis your role will include;

  • Driving and delivering the employee engagement action in the site
  • Partnering with the central HR team to support in the delivery of HR standardisation and consistent operating practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Guiding the site leadership team on principles of organisational effectiveness
  • Leading the site talent review processes ensuring value from the process and ensuring progressive improvements in succession plan population
  • Managing the HR Employee Relations remit to deliver an excellent HR service to the sites
  • Supporting in local corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as charitable activities and community events
  • Driving the delivery of DEI&W agenda at both sites

Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role, you'll need a clear passion for driving employee engagement


You will have proven experience of developing leadership across a manufacturing site with significant Human Resources experience at a management level.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Portuguese preferred.


You will have a thirst for learning having completed a HR Qualification whilst keeping a current in-depth knowledge of Federal Labor Law and Labor Relations knowledge.
