    Financial Analyst, Global Commercial FP&A page is loaded Financial Analyst, Global Commercial FP&A Apply locations Office, Mexico, D.F., Mexico time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Financial Analyst of FP&A will support the Global Commercial Office by managing the consolidated financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes for a region or channel made up of multiple clusters and subchannels.

    This includes supporting the clusters within a region with the consolidation of monthly/quarterly/annual results and providing guidance on critical financial processes including the annual financial plan, quarterly forecasts, and strategic business plans.

    It also includes ad hoc financial analysis on Investments such as CAPEX, Trade, A&P and 4wall expenses, inclusive of ROI and PER analyses.

    The Financial Analyst of FP&A is expected to be a subject matter expert for global financial reporting and leads the optimization and enhancement of specific Channel and Financial reports while supporting the overall business strategy of the Company of being DTC first.

    Responsibilities Prepare / consolidate monthly, quarterly, annual financials for the business, working closely with finance leaders in the clusters. This includes integrating into the local business to understand commercial activity and prepare consolidated financial results from multiple clusters in order to tell a consistent business commercial and financial story, with specific focus on Direct to Consumer (DTC)


    Provide regional commentary on ongoing business performance for Senior Management via weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly management analysis & discussions.

    Monitor financial performance of the clusters within the region, highlighting risks & opportunities to Senior Management.

    Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial actual results (by country, channel, product category) – full financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) and prepare commentary for regional and global rollup.

    Provide insights for review and discussion with the Global Finance Lead.

    Manage process and consolidation of quarterly forecasts and the Annual Finance Plan for the clusters within your region – full financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) and capex planning.

    Support the Strategic Business Process (3-year financials) for the clusters within your region, mainly for DTC channels.
    Financial modeling for commercial projects across the region including scenario planning & sensitivity analysis.
    Partner with DTC FP&A Sr Mgr and Real Estate leaders for specific financial review to monitor store fleet performance (thru quarterly PER hind sighting process, negative doors performance update)Provide inputs to leaders within the Finance Organization, such as:
    corporate finance, controllers and Investor Relations as it relates to DTC specific financial KPIs and business indicators.
    Support the annual global fleet review process in the context of the board presentation.
    Qualifications / Skills BS/BA in Finance/Business Administration, MBA and / or CPA preferred.
    Minimum of 5-7 years' experience of financial or business planning, forecasting and analysis experience. Experience/understanding of the Wholesale / Retail business a plus.

    Capability to communicate effectively and interact at all levels to drive participation and partnership across a geographically diversified cross functional group of colleagues.

    Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment but also independently, managing multiple owners and competing deadlines with minimal supervision.

    Strong computer literacy and advance knowledge of MS Office with the ability to adapt to new systems and applications.
    Experience with Essbase preferred.
    Demonstrated ability to manage large amounts of data, including collection, consolidation, analysis, and synthesizing into a cohesive framework.
    Experience with understanding P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
    Exceptionally strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
    Manage personal performance and development by driving own learning and performance growth, sharing knowledge and experience with others.
    Solid ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
