Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans for final assemblies, ensuring optimal resource utilization through Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Exceed customer expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering 100% of orders on time.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for assigned areas based on customer orders, using the exception report tool, daily rates, OH vs. min-max, and Heijunka.
• Develop and monitor the Heijunka system of production lines to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple manufacturing lines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Meet minimum-maximum inventory policy levels and manage customer portal scores and returnable containers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations Management).
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning and control, transportation, and material flow concepts.
• Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter with excellent oral communication skills.
