The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.

What you can expect:

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Producer to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing engaging content across various digital platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive performance ads.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our content strategy aligns with business goals and resonates with our target audience.

Content Strategy: Understand context and opportunities to strategize content based on needs, with a focus on video and still ads. Manage production costs and utilize Klar's production capabilities, including content creators, Klar studio, and influencers, to deliver highquality advertisement content.
Preproduction: Project manage the production of multiple assets simultaneously. Identify opportunities and determine the appropriate production quality and partners to bring the content to life.
Postproduction: Edit assets, create multiple variations, and deliver the final content to the team.
Analysis and Feedback: Propose feedback based on content performance, iterating and refining the content strategy to optimize results.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content that enhances our storytelling and visual appeal.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

You and your assets

Bachelor's Degree:
In a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Production, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.

What we are looking for:

Strong Editing Capabilities: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in content, with excellent attention to detail in writing, proofreading, and editing across various formats.
Production Capabilities: Proficiency in shooting and directing talents, managing lighting, and overseeing the entire production process to create highquality visual content.

Generate Innovative Content Ideas:

Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously bring fresh and creative ideas that resonate with the target audience.

Strong Communication and
