- Direct and inspire the high performance of hotel teams continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of the procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Hotel Manager positions in a luxury brand.
