Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


As a Telematics Analyst at MBS, your role will involve data management on the MyGeoTab platform and the delivery of reports to various service recipient departments.

This position reports to the LD&T Planner (LATAM Telematics Supervisor).


Another key aspect of this role is providing excellent customer service to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requests, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction.


Your Impact

As LD&T Resource your functions would consist of:

  • Manual update of general data in the MyGeotab platform.
  • Generate measurement indicators required by the business, following defined processes.
  • Prepare Analysis Reports of fleet behavior, following defined processes.
  • Data update to support management on the geolocation platform.
  • Validate the operation of GPS devices and their accessories.
  • Creation and tracking of requests and incidents reported by customers.
  • Provide customer service (advisory, execution, and support).

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Technical knowledge in business administration/computer science, or Industrial Engineering (Technical Degree or bachelor's degree).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Geolocation platforms, customer service or transportation.
  • Experience in incident registration platforms (tickets), creation and documentation of requests, monitoring and closing them.
  • Analytical abilities for data validation and interpretation.
  • Basic / Intermediate use of Power Bi
