    Key Responsibilities

    As a Senior Analyst Import - Export, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of import and export operations. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating and managing import and export activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Preparing and processing shipping documentation.
    • Liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely transportation of goods.
    • Monitoring and analyzing import/export data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Developing strategies to optimize logistics processes.
    • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you must possess:

    • A Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Customs (Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior y Aduanas) or equivalent experience.
    • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role (e.g., warehouse coordinator, logistics leader, traffic coordinator, customs specialist).
    • Previous experience in the medical devices industry is preferred.
    • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
    • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics processes.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • A proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
