Engineering Support - Negotiation & Customer Order Engineering:

This individual will provide technical support for bids in Region Latin America (RLA) by defining technical scope and risks tied to service programs.

This individual will also support various project implementation task tied to execution of orders.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Provide technical input/expertise to support active proposal & negotiations.
  • Be the primary contact for questions from RLA sales teams and coordinate answers with central support where necessary.
  • Lead complex Engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate scope with local Field Service.
  • Update COE tools with status and scope definition.
  • Coordinate performance testing in the region.

What You Bring**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering/technical field with at least 10 years of professional experience, Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position; experience in the energy industry is preferred.
  • Motivate, lead, and empower a global team to deliver the best results and drive change in the business.
  • Experience with external customers and excellent understanding of customer needs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Operational mindset with a handson mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of second language considered an asset (Spanish, Portuguese or other)
  • Domestic and international travel, approximately 25%.
