Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience or knowledge in other industries such as logistics, technology startups, communication, data analysis, or social media, that can bring valuable insights and transferable skills to the luxury and specialty travel industry.
  • Experience in community management and growth marketing techniques, with a proven track record of success.

Basic Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and processes.
  • Familiarity with technology and communication tools to enhance various aspects of the company's operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, adapting to changes and challenges.
  • Customeroriented and committed to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and improve operations in commercial, administrative, and customer service areas, with a vision of scalability and leverage.
  • Implement and supervise growth and commercial development strategies to elevate the company's performance.
  • Coordinate and monitor the products and services offered, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company objectives.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and team members, ensuring effective communication and the achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Participate in the creation and analysis of reports and metrics to evaluate performance and improve operations.
  • Collaborate in training, development, and teambuilding, fostering a collaborative and resultoriented work environment.
  • Develop and execute community management strategies and growth marketing initiatives to expand the reach and impact of the company's products and services.
