Objetive:

Manage the planning department for scheduling the demand according to the customer's delivery date and when it should be manufactured based on an elaborated production plan.

Main functions:

Lead and set up correct levels of inventory according the demand and setting of oracle.
Specific measurements of orders planned are needed within a certain time period to deliver on time.
Analyze the demand and establish the production needs based on the capacity for the fulfillment of the plant.
Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization, supply chain optimization and product transfers
Support strategic alignment between global, regional, and site Operational strategies as needed to support business growth trajectory, customer service expectations and optimize cost.
Create and manage the process of resource planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and Capacity Requirement Planning.
Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or desirable a Master's according to Job position. 8+ years of Supply Chain or manufacturing experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive experience.
Experience in other Operations disciplines beyond Supply Chain Planning, i.e. Production, Logistics, etc.
