Main activities:

Identifies current and future customer service requirements bye establishing personal rappport with potential and actual customers
Provides product, service and technical information to customers
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potencial customers, planning and organizing sales call schedules
Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprint, plans, and related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel
Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff
Educate customer staff by providing technical information and training
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products
Analyzses ales engineering effectiveness bye identifying shortterm and longterm vustomer concerns that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action
Travel 2550% to meet with potential /new/ regular customers
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ehitcs codes

Job profile:

Experience: 5 years
Educational requirement: Bacherlor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience knowledge: Markiting, sales, costing, ERP Systems, project & product management
Attitudes in the performance: Dynamic, responsible, reliable, organized, customer service, results oriented, organization.
