Job Overview:

The Call Center HR Director is responsible for leading the HR function for our call center operations in Mexico.

This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving recruitment and retention initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives of the call center operations in Mexico City.
  • Work closely with the VP of HR to establish and execute the overall HR strategy for the company.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring that they are delivering effective HR services to the business.
  • Ensure that employee relations are managed effectively, and that employee concerns and issues are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the call center operations are meeting their performance goals and targets.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, timetohire, and employee engagement levels.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Mexico City, and work closely with legal counsel to ensure that HR policies and practices are uptodate and legally compliant.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Mexico City.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English as a B2+

Salary:
$60, $90,000.00 per month
