Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service.

While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.


General job description:


Under general guidance completes the following activities:

  • Ensure receipt and egress of material and/or products from the warehouse are registered in the systems according to the established procedures, to ensure that the inventories are up-to-date and correct and to provide timely and quality service to customers.
  • Analyzes information for review and monitoring of the operating process.
  • Generates internal operational reports and/or according to customer requests.
  • Monitors transportation services to ensure that the contracted services are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Manages and safeguards customer documents.
  • Carry out very specific valueadded activities such as: Testing of mobile teams, handling of values, among others.
  • Prepares documentation and information to support billing.
  • Tracks critical deliveries through systems
  • Management of tracking systems.
  • Reception and management of new and/or existing requirements from the client
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:


Minimum Education:


  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in English

Minimum Experience:


  • Two (2) years related experience
  • Previous experience on Inventory control
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

  • Experiência en manejo de almacenes, entradas, almacenamiento y despacho de productos.
  • Manejo de buenas prácticas de almacenamiento.
  • Control de documentos de almacén, registro de entradas y salidas de materiales.
  • Experiência en elaboración de conteos de inventario.
  • Conocimiento de paquetería office, particularmente manejo de Excel.
  • De preferencia conocimiento en sistemas de control de inventario WMS.
  • Condiciones para cargar paquetes mínimo 25 Kg.
  • Horarios de Lunes a sábado de 9:00 a 18:00 con una hora de descanso, para cubrir una jornada de 48 horas efectivas de trabajo.
  • Disponibilidad para rolar turnos o cambiar horarios de trabajo.
  • Disponibilidad de horario para atender servicios fuera del horario laboral, días festivos o días de descanso.
