    : 1. Prioritize production support needs through direction of day-to-day priorities and long-term projects.2. Drive continuous improvement throughout the production groups to support manufacturing rate goals and first pass yield.3. Alignment with Corporate Manufacturing Engineering standard processes and best practices.4. Develop goals and track progress for Manufacturing Engineering dept to support production rates.5. Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing tooling including preventative maintenance (TPM) within the tooling group.6. Support change implementation resources to control the manufacturing configuration of the A5 in ICON MX by alignment with engineering changes and project schedules.7. Collaborate with design engineering during all phases of product design.8. Identify, prioritize, and implement DFMA into existing process and designs.9. Maintain accuracy indicators on EBOM and MBOM relationship.- Requirements:

    • B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.
    • 10+ years' experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role years of demonstrated leadership experience in a prior lead or management position.
    • Direct experience with the assembly of complex products. Final assembly experience within the aviation/aerospace/automotive industries strongly preferred.
    • Experience with manufacturing processes related to composite layup/bonding and mechanical assembly.
    • Experience developing and driving continuous improvement projects.
    • English Proficient
    • advanced reading, writing, and communication in a technical capacity.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Project Management
    • Manufacturing Engineering leader with 10+ years of experience with companies in the aerospace/automotive industry years' experience in composite manufacturing in the aerospace/automotive industry
    • Production startup experience
    • Proven lean manufacturing and continuous improvement leader.
