About the Role:


As an Implementation Specialist within Uber for Business, you will be responsible for managing large and LATAM wide initiatives to increase the adoption, and product penetration in our main markets with Top Clients.


You will entirely lead the executing of post-sales and adoption programs, you will also be responsible for retaining and driving revenue within top clients through adoption and cross-selling strategies.

Our product expertise will make you uniquely qualified to share the best practices and recommendations with internal teams, with the goal of providing an extraordinary customer experience and growing revenue through account penetration and adoption


What You'll Do:


  • Work with Uber for Business customers and internal teams to understand the needs and goals of our Enterprise Accounts.
  • Enhance employee adoption and usage through a multifaceted approach
  • Deeply understand our U4B's products and solutions, and navigate internally to gather knowledge for customers' enablement and growth
  • Define objectives and align with customers on employee adoption goals
  • Set and handle timelines, run inperson and video demonstrations and trainings about how to navigate the U4B experience and execute initiatives to increase adoption and utilization of our products suite
  • Ability to speak and deal with pipelines and prioritization; demonstrate project methodology and strategy, in collaboration with broader teams
  • Use basic data to provide our clients and internal teams insights about our accounts
  • Develop account plans by identifying and prioritizing a set of different tasks
  • Develop strategies by identifying and prioritizing the most meaningful tasks that contribute to return on investment and retention goals

Basic Qualifications:


  • Professional Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish
  • The drive to contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate by sharing best practices and strategies
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great passion for strengthening customer relationships
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them seamlessly
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a gogetter attitude. Be agile and thrive when operating in new spaces. You pick up things fast and run with them
  • At least 1 year of proven track record in a customerfacing roles
