Strategic Sourcing Specialist II - Projects Procurement

In this role, you will serve as Strategic Sourcing Specialist II - Projects Procurement in Honeywell's Connected Enterprise (HCE).

HCE is building and connecting software solutions to streamline and centralize the assets, people and processes, translating into smarter, safer, more efficient business decisions for our customers.


Core Job Duties:

  • Lead all projects procurement requirements for 3rd party scope (hardware, software, services) for Americas.
  • Partner closely with HCE P&E to ensure early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects
  • Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes
  • Consistently deliver yearoveryear productivity, payment term improvements
  • Deploy a regular and effective engagement model with key stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Product Management etc.) that provides consistent communication, alignment, vetting of new thirdparty technologies, services and early procurement involvement

YOU MUST HAVE:


  • 3+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement with demonstrated high impact results across multiple functions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance
