+Responsibilities
- Servir como especialista general en productos Premium para cuentas asignadas dentro del Organismo de Soporte.
- Hacer llamadas de onboarding Premium para capturar objetivos del cliente, confirmar familiaridad con el producto y explicar procesos de soporte.
- Traquear e resolver problemas complejos técnicos a través de Slack, Zoom y llamadas programadas, trabajando junto con Dev., Product., Billing., Marketing., L2 ,L3y PSM según sea necesario.
