Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or a related field (Master's degree in the area is a plus).
35 years of verifiable work experience as a Logistics Sales Manager or similar profile.

Advanced conversational and written English (a must).

Experience working with customers and a solid understanding of logistics operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Leadership and management skills, as well as results orientation.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and highperformance development of the sales team focused on ground services.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities for the business.
Lead regular meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations to the team.
Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve monthly goals.
Build strong relationships with key customers in the overland sector.
