- Ideally 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline (BE, BTech, MCA).
- Proven success in a role performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing stakeholder needs.
- Definition of data management requirements, including translating and documenting needs, assessing data, and implementing appropriate data solutions, & data warehousing principles and methodologies.
- Works closely with solution architects, developers, product managers, and product support to deliver new automated processes to replace manual processing.
- Identifying and designing appropriate automation workflows.
- Creates scalable and efficient process automation workflows that identify & create reusable automation components.
- Adhere to framework for automation projects to ensure manageability and maintainability of automation operations.
- Identifying and addressing business needs: actively participating in business discussions and meetings; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.
- Proven ability and success in utilizing written and verbal business communication skills, including interacting with firm staff and/or management within a professional business services environment.
- Analyzing large and complex data sets, including a demonstrated thorough aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Demonstrating an execution-oriented mindset, and ability to think independently to solve problems, comfort with ambiguity.
- Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent data, and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management) in a professional business environment.
- Understanding how the application of analytical techniques correlate to business value.
