Team Overview:
Administrative & Facilities Intern is responsible for helping the management of our Offices around the world.

Your role is to support the team creating and maintaining a safety & pleasant work environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and employee experience, communication, and security.

Support the structuring and documentation of administrative duties and office procedures, assist office facilities projects execution, vendor management and related office needs.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist sending and receiving of internal communication.
  • Contribute in negotiations with vendors.
  • Support the process for developing sourcing excellence.
  • Collaborate with contracts & renewals for actual vendors.
  • Support on all sorts of office and administrative activities.
  • Create and keep updated Data Information related to A&F projects.
  • Support documenting and update of Facilities Department's processes, procedures and policies.
  • Effectively liaise with other back office departments to ensure smooth operation of administrative activities.
  • Vendor Management, ensure compliance with actual vendors scope for Offices related.
  • Provide creativeness and innovation solutions to Office Related activities.

Role Qualifications:

  • Interest to learn about Facilities Management, Procurement and Office Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others, with ability to create and maintain synergy with stakeholders.
  • Skills on learning to work independently and prioritizing goals.
  • Advance written and verbal English.
  • Self Motivated.
  • Well Organized.
  • High ethics standards data.
  • Responsible for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
