The Business Analysis Senior Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a business analytic team supporting one large system or multiple systems with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned
Provide direction and technical leadership on complex, highimpact projects and in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed
Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations and contribute to formulation of standards and strategies for own area and other functional areas
Work as a team to achieve objectives and negotiate with internal and external parties
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Ability to manage teams.

Qualifications:

610 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problemsolving techniques

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
Advanced English proficiency is a must, as this role will interact with global product owners.
Most be familiar with main treasury trading platforms, both in front and back office.
Applicant should have proven experience with foreign exchange implementations, fixed income, money market, and derivatives, margin rules, and their full trade life cycle.
Should have in depth knowledge of settlement and clearing process, both in terms of technology and operations.
In depth knowledge of forwards, interest rate swaps, repos, and interest rate products.
Knowledge of risk management in Capital Markets.
Applicant should have knowledge of relevant regulations in Capital Markets, and reporting.
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint required
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present a compelling case for ideas and initiatives through listening and articulating a convincing point of view. Able to present information to senior level audiences, internal/external stakeholders and regulators in simple, logical business terms
Map trade and post trade processes.
Entender procesos end to end de productos divisas, mercado de dinero y renta fija y derivados específicamente de tasa.
Proceso end to end: experiência en front, captura de ordenes, regulación, middle office, confirmación y liquidación, y la parte contable. Rol es conocer el proceso y que sea un experto.
Experiência en diagrama de procesos end to end.
